Recruitment procedure

  • STEP 01

    Document screening

    The staff and staff will review the documents, including majors, experience, licenses and qualifications entered in the application.
  • STEP 02

    online aptitude test

    Applicants who pass the online personality test document screening will undergo a personality test through a designated online personality test agency.
  • STEP 03

    interview

    Team leaders and executives attend to verify the applicant's expertise and required capabilities, including thinking ability, passion, and skills to perform the job.
  • STEP 04

    final pass

    Applicants who pass the interview evaluation will be hired after discussing final treatment matters.
